ALLURA provides this website for your personal use. You may not use it commercially or modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any content, information, products or services obtained from this site.
 
Access to and use of this Web site and the products and search services available through this Web site (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of these terms, conditions and notices, without modification. Furthermore, you acknowledge that the Terms of Service’ may be updated by us from time to time. We may revise the Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy at any time without notice to you.
 
Privacy
Please view our Privacy Policy this governs your visit to the site and also how we use the personal information provided by yourself.  The terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy are incorporated herein and made a part of this agreement.

Product Color
ALLURA take great care with the colors used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual color settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate however specifications may change.

Product Material and Production Technique
A number of ALLURA products are individually handcrafted, and monogrammed. Most of the products are also made once. Color, design and embroidery variations are inherent in the handmade process. Any irregularities add to the creative uniqueness of the accessories.
 
Product Price

The prices payable for product are as set out on our website. Occasionally errors may occur where prices are incorrectly displayed or change as a result of circumstances beyond our control. In those situations, you will be informed of the correct/revised prices once we receive your order, and if you should not wish to purchase the product concerned at that price we will cancel that part of the order.  You will be required to pay extra for delivery. Our delivery charges are set out on the delivery page of our website.
 
Order Process
We will do our best to ensure that the website reflects the stock levels of the company but some products will inevitably sell out very quickly, therefore, placing an order with us does not guarantee availability. We will, of course, make every effort to fulfill your order and if this is not possible we will let you know as soon as possible. Alternatively, to avoid disappointment you can contact us through email at info@allurastore.com.

We must receive payment for the whole price for the product (including any delivery charge) before your order can be accepted.

Once we have received payment we will confirm that your order has been received by sending a confirmation e-mail to you at the e-mail address you provide on your order form. Our acceptance (all orders are checked prior to acceptance) of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us – you, the customer and us, ALLURA.

Delivery of Goods
We will deliver the product to the address you provide us with for delivery on the order form.
If you wish to change the shipping address, you can fill out the complete address while doing payment confirmation in our website.

We will make every effort to deliver the product as soon as possible and you will be notified if there is any lengthy anticipated delay.

Please refer to the Shipping and Returns regulation for further details.

You will become the owner of the product when they have been delivered to you. Once the product have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. (Please note that if you have an arrangement for product being left, then this will be at your own risk not ours)

Cancellation
Cancellation by Customer
After placing a order, customer could not cancel it. Order will automatically cancelled if there's no payment settlement within 48 hours (2 days); items will be released to the next potential buyer.
 
Cancellation by ALLURA
We have the right to cancel the your purchase if within seven working days from the date we accepted your order we:
-  Do not have sufficient stock to deliver the products;
-  We do not deliver to your area; or
-  One or more of the products was listed at an incorrect price/description due to a typographical error.

If we do cancel your purchase, we will notify you by e-mail and will return to you any sums paid as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will also propose an alternative product in a similar-or-less amount. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or inconvenience suffered.

Liability
If the product we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us about the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the product.

If you do not receive product ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us about the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the product.
