Method
All Shipments are shipped from Jakarta via TIKI/JNE unless otherwise specified.
 
Estimated Time of Delivery
Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days after payment; during busier times of the year it may range from 5-7 business days, but we will make every effort to get your order out within a 3 day period. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email is sent to your registered email address. Your order is our priority and will be shipped with all possible speed.
You will be notified of any delay in shipping and given an estimated ship date.

Shipping Schedule
Shipping process will be done every Tuesday and Friday depending on your payment settlement.

Special Delivery Instructions
Please give any specific delivery instructions in the comments field during checkout, such as “give the package to the security staff” or “please deliver the product at 1 July 2011 (your requested date)”.  If you choose to have your goods delivered to a site where no one is there to receive it, you do so at your own risk and we cannot accept responsibility should it go missing.
 
Shipping Rate
Our shipping rate is based on the total product cost of the order and regular shipping cost from TIKI/JNE. Each delivery cost will be stated during checkout process. If you wish to use special treatment to speed up processing, kindly please email us at info@allurastore.com before payment.
Please note that your package will not be shipped until the shipping cost is paid in full.

International Shipping

International order is currently not available. We apologize for the inconvenience. Hopefully we will serve you better in the future.

All sales are final. Handmade products are not refundable or exchangeable. Most of the items on our website are uniquely made and do NOT qualify for returns and refunds.
